Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
